Parents weigh in: is a bedtime routine for newborns doable?
NCT ID NCT06318637
Summary
This study asked caregivers if they found it practical and acceptable to follow a specific bedtime routine with their newborn babies. Researchers surveyed 132 parents about routines involving bathing, lotion, and quiet time. The goal was to understand if parents could and would implement these routines, not to test a medical treatment.
