Smart cribs? study tests monitor to watch over sleeping newborns
NCT ID NCT06679127
Summary
This study is testing a new device placed under a newborn's mattress to monitor their health. It checks if the device accurately measures the baby's heart rate, breathing, and movements during sleep, and if it can tell when the baby is awake or in different sleep stages. Researchers will also ask parents and hospital staff if the device is easy and comfortable to use.
