Summary

This study will compare three ways of bathing healthy newborns—immersion, swaddled, and sponge bathing—to see how each affects body temperature, heart rate, breathing, and oxygen levels. About 107 full-term babies will take part. The goal is to find the safest bathing method to help prevent health problems like hypothermia.
