New wound dressing aims to speed healing, reduce pain
NCT ID NCT06306716
Summary
This study aimed to test how well a new type of vacuum-assisted wound dressing worked for people with hard-to-heal (chronic) or recent (acute) wounds. It involved a small group of adults to see if the dressing helped wounds progress toward healing, reduced pain during dressing changes, and was safe to use. The study was terminated early.
