First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study is testing a new type of adhesive wound dressing designed to be less painful to remove and cause less skin damage. It will be compared to the current standard dressing in 300 patients with surgical or chronic wounds. The main goals are to see if the new dressing reduces pain during removal, causes fewer skin injuries, and is just as effective at sealing the wound.
