New Nerve-Focused therapy challenges old ways to treat tennis elbow pain

NCT ID NCT07385677

Summary

This study is testing if a newer physical therapy method called 'Think in Nerve Length and Layers' (TINLL) works better than traditional therapy for tennis elbow. About 68 adults with elbow pain will be assigned to one of the two treatment groups and receive therapy for 4-6 weeks. Researchers will measure their pain, grip strength, and ability to do daily tasks to see which approach provides better relief.
