Summary
This is a first-in-human safety study testing a new cancer treatment called BioTTT001. It is a modified virus designed to be injected directly into tumors to kill cancer cells and stimulate the immune system. The study will enroll 12 adults with advanced solid tumors (like head/neck or colorectal cancer) to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the treatment.
