New Non-Drug tablet aims to soothe common yeast infection misery

NCT ID NCT07405853

Summary

This study is testing a vaginal tablet called pHyph to see if it can reduce the itching, burning, and irritation caused by yeast infections (thrush). Researchers will compare the tablet's effects to no treatment in 48 adult women with active symptoms. The goal is to see if this non-drug option, which works by adjusting vaginal acidity, can safely provide relief where other treatments sometimes fail.
