Double punch against tumors: radioactive seeds plus freezing tested

NCT ID NCT07450352

Not yet recruiting Disease control Sponsor: Li Min Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study aims to see if using two local treatments together works better than using just one to control inoperable tumors. It will test a combination of implanting tiny radioactive seeds followed by a freezing procedure (cryoablation) against using either treatment alone. The goal is to see if the combined approach keeps the tumor from growing back longer without causing too many side effects.
