Summary
This study is for adults with a severe autoimmune disease called granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) who haven't improved with standard treatments. Researchers are comparing three different drug strategies to see which works best at getting the disease under control and reducing symptoms. The trial will measure how well these treatments help patients achieve remission while tracking side effects and quality of life.
