New hope for Tough-to-Treat head & neck cancer: trial tests four promising drug combos

Summary
This study is for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer (a type of head and neck cancer) that has come back or spread and has stopped responding to standard treatments, including immunotherapy. It aims to find out which of four different drug combinations is safest and most effective at controlling the cancer. The trial will enroll about 208 participants and will adapt as it goes, giving more people the treatments that seem to be working best.
