Summary

This study tests three experimental drugs (frexalimab, brivekimig, and rilzabrutinib) in people aged 16 to 75 with two rare kidney diseases: FSGS and MCD. The goal is to see if these drugs can reduce protein in the urine and help achieve remission. Participants will receive one of the drugs or a placebo for 24 weeks, and researchers will monitor safety and effectiveness.
