New hope for young women battling rare, deadly ovarian cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) to standard chemotherapy can better control a rare and aggressive type of ovarian cancer. It aims to help young women with this disease, which currently has a very poor outlook. The main goal is to see if this combination leads to a complete disappearance of the cancer and allows more patients to receive intensive follow-up treatment.
