Two drugs better than one? new hope for cancer patients with dangerous low platelets
NCT ID NCT07334093
Summary
This study aims to see if combining two platelet-boosting drugs works better than one alone for cancer patients whose treatments have caused dangerously low platelet counts. It will enroll 204 patients with solid tumors and randomly assign them to receive either the combination or the single drug for up to 14 days. The main goal is to see which group gets their platelet counts back to a safer level faster.
