New Pre-Surgery combo tested for tough esophageal cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether giving a combination of an immunotherapy drug (adebrelimab) and chemotherapy before surgery can help people with a specific type of locally advanced esophageal cancer. The goal is to see if this approach shrinks the tumor effectively and makes surgery more successful, while monitoring safety. It is enrolling about 42 adults who have not had prior cancer treatment and are scheduled for surgery.
