Summary
This study is testing whether an investigational drug called 611, when added to a standard nasal spray, can better control chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps in adults. It aims to reduce polyp size, ease nasal blockage, and improve smell and quality of life for people whose condition isn't well managed by current sprays. The trial is comparing the effects of 611 against a placebo over 24 weeks.
