Summary
This study is testing new drug combinations injected directly into the abdomen to control fluid accumulation caused by advanced digestive system cancers. It involves 48 adults whose fluid hasn't responded to standard treatments. The research first determines safe drug doses, then evaluates whether the treatments can reduce fluid and improve quality of life.
