Injected drug cocktail takes aim at tough skin cancer

Summary

This study tests three different injected drugs (L19IL2, L19TNF, or a mix of both) for people with advanced basal cell skin cancer who cannot or choose not to have surgery or radiation. About 180 participants will receive weekly injections for four weeks and be followed for up to three years. The goal is to see which treatment best shrinks or controls the tumors.
