Summary
This small study is testing a new toothpaste designed to help control gum disease (periodontitis). It aims to see if the toothpaste, which contains a new ingredient meant to support healthy mouth bacteria, is effective when used twice daily for three months. The study involves 28 adults who already get regular professional teeth cleanings and have a specific gum disease bacteria.
