Supercharged immune cells tested as new weapon against tough cancers
NCT ID NCT07106814
Summary
This early-phase study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of a new type of cell therapy called Meta10-TIL for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells from their tumor, modify them in a lab to potentially work better, and then infuse them back into the patient. The study will enroll about 36 adults with specific advanced cancers, including cervical, liver, lung, and breast cancer, to see if this approach can help control their disease.
