New Mind-Body rehab tested for lingering concussion woes

NCT ID NCT07402733

Summary

This study is testing if a new combined therapy helps people with ongoing symptoms after a concussion. It will compare standard physical rehab for the neck and balance systems to the same rehab plus psychological therapy. The goal is to see if the combined approach is practical to deliver and if it helps reduce symptoms like dizziness, headaches, and neck pain faster.
