Scientists develop First-Ever test for Soccer's most common muscle weakness
NCT ID NCT07297537
Summary
This study aims to check if a new test for hip muscle endurance works reliably. It will involve 18 professional soccer players to see if measuring how long these muscles can hold up under strain is a better way to spot injury risk. Currently, tests only measure maximum muscle strength, but many injuries happen when players are tired.
