Summary
This study aims to find better drug combinations to treat drug-sensitive lung tuberculosis. It will test several new and optimized treatment regimens against the current standard treatment in adults with newly diagnosed TB. The goal is to find treatments that work faster, are safer, and more effective at clearing the infection.
