Doctors test Custom-Made immune cells to fight advanced gynecologic cancers
NCT ID NCT07434284
Summary
This early-phase study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of a new, personalized treatment for advanced gynecologic cancers. The treatment involves collecting a patient's own immune cells, growing tumor-fighting versions of them in a lab, and injecting them back alongside standard immunotherapy drugs. The study will enroll up to 20 women whose cancers have not responded to standard treatments, to see if this combined approach can help control their disease.
