New surgical cut aims for cleaner healing in complex Women's surgeries
NCT ID NCT07373886
Summary
This study is testing a new way for surgeons to make the initial cut in the abdomen during complex gynecologic surgeries. It will compare this new 'STIRRUP' technique to older methods to see if it leads to fewer complications, like fluid buildup under the skin after surgery. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients recover better.
