Summary

This study is testing a new drug called ASP2138 for people with advanced stomach, gastroesophageal junction (GEJ), or pancreatic cancer. The drug works by guiding the body's own immune cells to attack cancer cells that have a specific marker called CLDN18.2. Researchers will test ASP2138 by itself and combined with standard chemotherapy to find safe doses and see how well it works.
