Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called IBI343 to a standard treatment helps people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal cancer. The goal is to shrink the tumor before surgery and prevent it from coming back afterward. It is for patients whose tumors have a specific marker called CLDN18.2 and who are scheduled for major surgery.
