Breakthrough trial aims to extend lives in advanced stomach cancer
NCT ID NCT07118527
Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug combination works better than current standard treatment for advanced stomach cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The trial will involve 600 patients who haven't received previous treatment for their advanced cancer. Researchers will compare how long patients live without their cancer getting worse and how long they survive overall between the two treatment approaches.
