Not yet recruiting Disease control Sponsor: Pfizer Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called PF-08634404 works better when combined with standard chemotherapy for people with advanced stomach, esophageal, or gastroesophageal cancers. The trial has two parts: first checking safety and early effectiveness, then directly comparing the new combination against an existing approved treatment. Researchers aim to see if this approach helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.
