Could a Flower-Shaped tool make cervical exams less awful?
NCT ID NCT06496295
Summary
This study is testing a new type of speculum, called the Bouquet Speculum, to see if it works better for cervical cancer screening. Researchers want to know if it gives doctors a clearer view, is easier for them to use, and is more comfortable for patients. They are comparing it to the standard speculum in 200 patients at clinics in the Denver area.
