Antibiotic shot tested for parasitic skin disease

Summary
This study is testing if a local injection of an antibiotic called ciprofloxacin can heal skin sores caused by leishmaniasis. It will be compared directly to the standard local injection treatment. The trial will involve 80 people with up to six skin lesions, who will be followed for 90 days to see which treatment works better.
