Breakthrough drug trial aims to save lives from fatal blood loss shock

Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a new drug called LYFAQUIN (centhaquine citrate) for people with life-threatening shock caused by severe blood or fluid loss. About 400 adult patients with very low blood pressure will receive LYFAQUIN in addition to all standard emergency treatments. The goal is to see if this add-on drug can help improve blood pressure, reduce markers of organ stress, and lower the risk of death.
