Summary
This study is testing a new type of medication for schizophrenia in people who refuse or cannot tolerate standard antipsychotic drugs due to poor response or severe side effects. The 6-week trial will compare the new drug to a placebo in 80 participants to see if it improves symptoms and thinking skills. The goal is to provide a new treatment option for those who struggle with current medications.
