Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called NBI-1117570 for adults who are hospitalized due to a severe worsening of schizophrenia symptoms. It will compare the drug to a placebo to see if it helps reduce symptoms and is safe. The goal is to find a new treatment option to help control the disease during acute episodes.
