New targeted drug tested for tough-to-treat cancers
NCT ID NCT03425279
Summary
This study tested a new drug called mecbotamab vedotin, both by itself and combined with an existing immunotherapy drug (nivolumab), in people with advanced solid tumors, specifically certain types of sarcoma. The main goals were to find safe doses and see if the treatment could shrink tumors. It included adults and adolescents aged 12 and older.
