Summary

This is the first time a new drug called ADCE-D01 is being tested in people. The study aims to find a safe and effective dose for adults with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. Researchers will check how the body handles the drug and see if it helps shrink tumors.
