Summary

This study is testing a new, potentially faster and safer method for removing large, flat precancerous growths in the rectum. It will compare the new technique, called ESISD, to the current standard procedure. The goal is to see if the new method reduces procedure time and improves complete removal rates for these specific types of polyps.
