NCT ID NCT07047651
Summary
This study is testing two new long-term treatment programs for people whose schizophrenia or bipolar disorder hasn't improved with standard medications. The programs combine medication with talk therapy and rehabilitation, aiming to improve thinking skills, reduce symptoms, and help people function better in daily life. It will involve 40 adults to see if this comprehensive approach leads to better recovery.
