Summary
This study is testing a new, targeted radiation treatment for men whose prostate cancer has come back in the prostate area after initial treatment. Doctors will place tiny radioactive seeds directly into the tumor to see if this procedure is safe and practical. The study will also check how the treatment affects patients' quality of life.
