New pill aims to clear severe psoriasis in major trial
NCT ID NCT07130604
Summary
This study is testing an investigational oral drug called D-2570 to see if it can clear skin lesions and improve quality of life for people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. It will enroll 390 participants who will be randomly assigned to receive either the active drug or a placebo pill for 16 weeks, with some continuing for up to a year to see if results last. The main goal is to see how many people achieve at least 90% skin clearance and to monitor the drug's safety.
