New drug aims to clear skin for people with severe psoriasis
NCT ID NCT07130604
Summary
This study is testing whether an investigational drug called D-2570 can safely and effectively clear skin lesions in people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. About 390 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either D-2570 or a placebo (an inactive substance) for 16 weeks, and neither they nor their doctors will know which one they get. The main goal is to see how many people achieve at least 90% clearer skin after 16 weeks of treatment.
