Surgeons pioneer safer prostate surgery for men with implants

NCT ID NCT07327424

Summary

This study is testing a new surgical technique for men with prostate problems who also have a penile implant. The goal is to see if operating through a small cut above the pubic bone is safe and effective, as it avoids going through the urethra where it could damage the implant. The research will measure changes in urinary symptoms and flow in 80 participants.
