New hope for men with Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new targeted radiation drug called FPI-2265 for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone treatments. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and schedule for this new therapy. The study is for men whose cancer shows a specific marker (PSMA) and who have already tried a similar type of radiation treatment.
