Summary

This study tests a new oral polio vaccine (nOPV3) in healthy young children, infants, and newborns in Panama. The goal is to see if it is safe and triggers a strong immune response compared to the current vaccine. About 1,500 participants will receive either the new or standard vaccine and be monitored for side effects and protection.
