Summary

This study tests a new oral polio vaccine (nOPV3) in healthy young children, infants, and newborns to see if it is safe and triggers a strong immune response. About 1,500 participants in Panama will receive either the new vaccine or an existing one. The goal is to find a safer and more effective way to prevent polio.
