Summary

This study tests a new vaccine (PG4) to see if it is as safe as the current pneumococcal vaccine (Prevnar 20) in healthy infants. About 2400 babies around 2 months old will receive either the new or current vaccine at 2, 4, 6, and 12-15 months of age. The goal is to protect against serious infections like pneumonia, meningitis, and ear infections.
