Summary
This study is testing a new vaccine designed to protect against more strains of pneumococcal bacteria, which can cause serious infections like pneumonia and meningitis. It will compare the new vaccine to an existing one in about 1,268 healthy infants, children, and adolescents. The main goals are to see if the new vaccine is safe and if it triggers a strong immune response.
