New pill tested to ease breathing struggle in scarred lungs

Summary
This study is testing a new oral medication called mirivadelgat for people with high blood pressure in the lungs caused by underlying lung scarring (PH-ILD). About 126 participants will take either the drug or a placebo pill daily for 12 weeks to see if it improves blood flow in the lungs, helps with walking distance, and eases symptoms. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and can help control this serious condition.
