First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 39 times

Summary

This study tests a new type of PET/CT scan (called [¹⁸F]FAPI-74) to see if it can more accurately detect whether pancreatic cancer has spread to other parts of the body. About 200 adults with pancreatic cancer will receive one dose of the scan tracer and be followed for up to 3 months. The goal is to improve staging so doctors can choose the best treatment.
