This trial is testing whether a new type of PET/CT scan, using a tracer that targets a protein called DLL3 found on many neuroendocrine tumor cells, can detect cancer spread more accurately than standard scans. About 200 adults with metastatic neuroendocrine tumors will receive both the new scan and a standard scan (FDG or PSMA PET/CT) within two weeks, allowing a direct comparison.
